For the month of December 2013 the AZ Desert Dolls donated over $100 worth of toys, food and art supplies to Toys for Tots at the Pep Boys Speed Shop Car Show and donated over $100 worth of toys, food and art supplies to the Customized Ladies of Tucson at the Chapman Volkswagen Car Show.
Veteran's Day Celebratory Car, Truck & Bike Show
We celebrated our Vets with Pep Boys Speed Shop on November 9, 2013. We have a wonderful time. We had special guests, the Arizona Avengers. Delicious food from Hog Pit, who honored our retired and active military with a free lunch. Dj Che kept us dancing and opened our car show with a very special National Anthem. Together we were able to raise $485 for Operation Homefront.

Car Wash / Adopt-a-thon
The Dolls and Pep Boys Speed Shop hosted a car wash / adopt-a-thon for All-American Bully Buddies Rescue and Arizona Bird Dog Rescue. We had a super fun day receiving love for the doggies! We danced our booties off while we washed vehicles. DJ Che always knows how to keep us dancing. We had a wonderful turn and were able to raise $114 for each rescue plus they went home with a few doggie treats.

Pitbulooza
The AZ Desert Dolls attended Pitbulooza 2013 Responsible dog ownership celebration to raise funds for the Pet Emergency Assistance Program that we developed with Ina Road Animal Hospital. It was a day full of silliness and slobbery wet noses at the Loft Cinema. With home made doggie bow ties by Sara Sundae and home made doggie beds by Amber, we were able to add ninety four more dollars to the PEAP fund at Ina Road Animal Hospital. October 2013

Ice Cream Social
The AZ Desert Dolls are working on their goal of becoming an official 501(c)3
non profit organization. We hosted a fun ice cream social to help raise funds to help us achieve our non profit organization status. We had a fun day full of sweet treats and were able to raise $94 towards our goal of $400. September 2013 |
Rockin' Rides Car Show benefiting the Ronald McDonald House
Pep Boys Speed Shop and the Dolls teamed up again for another fabulous event. This time for the Ronald McDonald House. We had a mighty crowd come in and 26 registered cars. DJ Che kept the show rockin' and kept the crowd dancing. The lovely AZ Desert Dolls baked up some yummies and the Customized Ladies of Tucson brought out some goodies as well. The President/coordinator of the AZ Desert Dolls, Amber had her husband grilling up some hotdogs and served some great bbq meals. Miss Brandy made her infamous Happy Meals and with the help of McDonald's, was able to put them in Happy Meal bags. With the help of Tucson we were able to raise $700.89 and 27 pounds of pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House! May 25th, 2013. |
One Year Anniversary Car Show with Pep Boys Speed Shop
The Dolls had a fabulous celebration with Pep Boys Speed Shop for our one year anniversary! We had a total of 41 registered cars, DJ Che keeping us dancing, tons of goodies that the lovely Dolls baked up for the celebration and amazing people to spend the day with! With the help of Tucson and folks from surrounding areas we raised $490.50 for the Pet Emergency Assistance Program! March 30th, 2013 |
Iron Horses & Purring Engines Car Show benefiting the Tombstone Animal Shelter.
A small and mighty crowd! A great group of car and bike folks came out to support the Tombstone Animal Shelter. They even stuck it out through a few sprinkles. The AZ Desert Dolls had a fabulous time! Together Tombstone's Dragoon Saloon and the Dolls were able to raise $412 and a 20 lb bag of dog food for the Tombstone Animal Shelter! September 9th, 2012 |
Dolls for Paws Fashion Event benefiting Angels for Animals.
Thank you to all who came out to the Dolls for Paws Fashion event and Dinner. We all had a great time and raised wonderful donations & funds for Angels for Animals. We even raised some donations for Iron Wood Pig Santcuary.
